41 straight FCS Regular Season games. Over 4 straight seasons. 164 Quarters played. 2,460 minutes of game time; this is how long it had been since the last time Jacksonville State University had lost a FCS Regular Season game.

The clock got reset on Saturday night after the Aggies of North Carolina A&T came into a majority Gamecock red Cramton Bowl and handed Coach John Grass his first FCS Regular Season loss as Head Coach of the Gamecocks, and the University’s first such loss since November 2013.

The Aggies had a lot to prove on Saturday, not only for themselves, but also for an entire HBCU subset of FCS schools. In a game whose atmosphere was widely swayed by big plays and unnecessary penalty calls - the Aggies proved that they can line up with a Nationally recognized school and go head-to-head with them.
